Print showing a red-nosed drunkard traipsing the "railroad" to hell. The alphabet appears along the railroad, from left "Heaven" to right "Hell" with words for each letter that signal the decline of the man as he procedes along the line. To the bottom left is a note addressed to "My Dear Reader" by "Yours truly, Milton W. Garnes" in which he presents his life as a "traveller on this railroad" and how he turned his life around, forsaking alcohol and embarcing "the work God has given me to do."
